A word about new room-sized area rugs: When you get the rug, it will be rolled up and will likely have some creases or folds in it when you unroll it onto the floor. Don't Panic. Unroll the rug and let it relax for a few days. Vacuum it. The creases/folds will gradually fade from the rug over the next 2-3 weeks.

Bear in mind, YOU, as the recipient of the package, are NOT the customer. The company that sent the item to you IS the deliverer's Customer! So contact the company where you ordered the item regarding shipping issues and you'll get quicker action on the problem.
